Out of the appropriation in Item 85, an amount not to exceed $624,789 the first year and $629,167 the second year from the general fund shall be used to fund the salary and support costs of the Century Date Change Initiative Project Office. The Project Office shall report directly to the Secretary of Administration and serve as the authorized coordinator for the Century Date Change Initiative.
