§ 3-3.06 PAYMENT FOR AVTEX FIBERS SITE

Amounts received in settlement of a lawsuit related to the Avtex Fibers Superfund site, estimated at $1,082,000 in the second year, shall be deposited to the Virginia Environmental Emergency Response Fund at $174,168 and to the general fund at $907,832 to reimburse the Commonwealth for expenditures incurred in prior years related to this site.
