Authority: Article 4, § 14 and Article 9, §§ 1 through 7, Constitution of Virginia; and Title 12.1, Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Code of Virginia.

A. Operational costs for this program shall be paid solely from charges to agency programs.

B. Out of the amounts for Administrative and Support Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $103,136 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996, and $107,622 from December 1, 1996, to November 24, 1997, and $111,927 from November 25, 1997, to June 30, 1998, and for the other two Commissioners of the State Corporation Commission, each at $102,005 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996, and $106,442 from December 1, 1996, to November 24, 1997, and $110,700 from November 25, 1997 to June 30, 1998.

C. Pursuant to the process specified in § 38.2-5021, Code of Virginia, the State Corporation Commission shall make an actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities of the Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Fund. Its findings, and any order it enters pursuant to § 38.2-5020, Paragraph G, of the Code, shall be reported by November 1, 1996, to the Governor and those named in Paragraph B of § 38.2-5021 of the Code.
