Explanation

(This amendment removes general fund proposed in the first year for a project to replace underground storage tanks on property owned and operated by the Department of Conservation and Recreation. A companion amendment adds language to Item C-42.10 of this act to direct use of the $45.0 million provided for parks' deferred maintenance, for this purpose.)
